8. College graduates with non-agricultural household registration, among which: College graduates with agricultural household registration can apply but must obtain non-agricultural household registration when going through the recruitment procedures. 3. Job benefits

4. Recruitment Methods

(4) Review of original qualifications: After the written test, candidates will be sorted according to the written test scores for the positions to be hired from high to low. The ratio of the number of people recruited for the position to the number of people who pass the written test is 1:3 to enter the comprehensive quality interview and professional ability test (if the number of people who pass the written test is less than 1:3, all those who pass the written test will enter the comprehensive quality interview and professional ability test). (6) Professional Ability Examination: Candidates who enter the professional ability examination will select questions on site for trial lectures, and the examiners of the professional ability group will give scores based on the candidates' trial lectures; apply for music, physical education, and art Those who hold pre-school education positions are required to take a professional skills test on the basis of trial lectures. (7) The passing score for each item in the comprehensive quality interview and professional ability examination is 60 points. Those who fail in one item will not be able to enter the physical examination. The time and location of the comprehensive quality interview and professional competency examination will be notified later.
(8) Physical examination: After the comprehensive quality interview and professional ability test, the total score will be ranked from high to low according to the ratio of 4:2:4 of the written test, comprehensive quality interview, and professional ability test. , determine the candidates for physical examination based on the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people recruited for the employment position. If the total scores of candidates are tied, causing the number of people to enter the physical examination to exceed the job recruitment plan, the physical examination personnel will be determined based on the principle of trial lectures, comprehensive quality interviews, professional skills tests, and written examination scores. If there is still a parallel situation, the candidates will be determined together to participate in the physical examination.
The physical examination is organized by the Jinnan District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
