Quality inspection of raw material receiving process

1. The quality control department is responsible for the quality inspection of raw materials;

2. After the raw materials arrive at the factory, the quality control department first conducts sensory spot checks to check the sanitary conditions of the vehicles;

3. If the sensory spot check is qualified and the vehicle hygiene condition meets the requirements, unloading is allowed; if the sensory spot check is unqualified, it will be directly returned to the factory; Or consult with the technical department and purchasing department.

4. After sensory inspection, the quality inspector is responsible for sampling and sending it to the laboratory for testing.

5. Qualified raw materials are allowed to be put into storage, and the quality inspector shall fill in the inspection indicators on the raw material stack card and affix the qualified seal; Unqualified raw materials are returned to the factory with unqualified seals;

6. In the process of unloading, the loading and unloading personnel should be responsible for monitoring the quality of raw materials. Immediately remove contaminated raw materials and unqualified raw materials, and report to quality control personnel;

7. After the inspection of raw materials, the inspector shall make a clear quality judgment and issue a raw material inspection sheet to the purchasing department.

8. If the quality of raw materials is qualified, fill in the "qualified acceptance" on the raw material test sheet; If the quality is unqualified, fill in "Unqualified, Return" on the raw material test sheet;

9. For raw materials whose moisture and impurities are unqualified, but can be received at a reduced price, fill in "Unqualified, deduct weight ×%" on the raw material laboratory sheet and then receive it;

Hygienic code for raw material storage

1. The raw material keeper is responsible for the hygiene control during raw material storage;

2. After receiving qualified raw materials, the raw material keeper will direct the vehicle to unload;

3. All kinds of raw materials should be stored in different regions, and the spacing between stacks of raw materials with different properties should be greater than 10cm, and each stack should be marked with cards respectively;

4. The scattered raw materials must be supervised by the raw material keeper, cleaned and bagged in time to prevent the raw materials from being contaminated or cross-contaminated;

5. The raw material warehouse shall not store sundries unrelated to raw materials, especially veterinary drugs, pesticides and chemicals;

6. The ground of raw material warehouse must have moisture-proof function, and the bottom of raw material stack shall not be wet;

7. The raw material warehouse is supervised by the raw material keeper, and rat prevention measures are taken every month.
