Linqing Second Hospital shall not carry out work-related injury labor ability appraisal.

According to Article 21 and Article 26 of the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance and Article 5 of the Administrative Measures for Appraisal of Workers with Work-related Injury of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Health Planning Commission, the first appraisal of the work-related injury ability of workers with work-related injuries shall be the responsibility of the Municipal Work-related Injury Ability Appraisal Committee, and the second appraisal shall be the responsibility of the Provincial Work-related Injury Ability Appraisal Committee. Linqing Second Hospital, as a medical institution, does not have the qualification for appraisal, but it is possible that some experts in this hospital are members of the expert group of the Industrial Injury Ability Appraisal Committee to participate in the appraisal. However, their participation in the evaluation was randomly selected.

Workers with work-related injuries who have been treated for work-related injuries and have disabilities that affect their ability to work shall apply to the municipal labor ability appraisal committee with districts for appraisal in time, and participate in the appraisal according to the time and place arranged by the labor appraisal committee.

Measures for the administration of labor ability appraisal of workers with work-related injuries

Article 5 The municipal labor ability appraisal committee divided into districts shall be responsible for the initial appraisal and re-appraisal of labor ability within its jurisdiction.

If you are dissatisfied with the conclusion of the initial appraisal or re-appraisal, the labor ability appraisal committees of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for re-appraisal.

Eleventh labor ability appraisal committee shall notify the injured workers in advance of the time, place and materials. Workers with work-related injuries shall participate in on-site appraisal according to the time and place notified. For workers with work-related injuries who are inconvenient to move, the labor ability appraisal committee may organize experts to conduct on-site labor ability appraisal. The staff who organize the appraisal of labor ability shall verify the identity of the injured workers.

If an injured worker is unable to participate in the appraisal on time for some reason, the time for on-site appraisal can be adjusted with the consent of the labor ability appraisal committee, and the time limit for making the conclusion of labor ability appraisal can be extended accordingly.
