What's the charge deduction in Guangdong?

The company deducts fees for the following reasons:

1. Membership service fee: If the user has already started the membership service in Guangdong and set it as continuous monthly subscription, the monthly fee will be deducted automatically.

2. Cable TV subscription fee: Since 2009, users will be charged a certain fee when using the channels of Guangdong Cable TV. This fee is generally charged according to the monthly viewing time, usually calculated by the hour. There are two forms of charging, one is directly charged by 0.6 yuan per hour, and the other is charged by the minimum 20 yuan per month.
