I. Overview

1. Project name: promote the innovation of "three links" mechanism in the whole county.

2. Basic information: Datong Lake area is adjacent to East Dongting Lake, and has always been called a remote and hard area in Hunan Province. 4. Work objective and time limit: To implement the task of "three links and two platforms" deployed by the National Conference on Education Informatization, and in accordance with the education informatization promotion mechanism of "government guidance, enterprise participation, school application and service drive", an education informatization system with sound mechanism, complete facilities, sufficient resources, wide application and remarkable benefits will be initially established in three years, and policies, measures, institutional mechanisms and reforms and innovations for promoting regional education informatization will be actively explored. On the basis of education metropolitan area network, Datong Lake basic education resource network is built and seamlessly connected with provincial basic education resource network to realize data sharing. In the construction of the "Half-class Communication" project, we should first upgrade the school's network broadband access mode, and pull all 1000M optical fibers from the central computer room of the bureau to enter the school, so as to provide a fast, stable and safe network environment for the school.
