2. Recruitment conditions

(6) Interview assessment
The interview assessment is a comprehensive assessment based on teaching objectives and content, process and methods, basic teaching skills, etc. The interview method for candidates for primary and secondary school positions is mainly conducted in the form of organized classroom teaching. Candidates face the judges and give an 8-minute simple lesson. The interview method for kindergarten teacher position is two-part lecture and talent show, which lasts for a total of 12 minutes. (7) Score summary
The written test and interview scores are calculated according to 6:4. The total score = [Written test score (educational theoretical knowledge + subject professional knowledge) ÷2] × 60% +Interview score×40%.
If interviews are conducted in groups for the same position, the weighted average method will be used to calculate the final interview score. The calculation method of the weighted average method is as follows: divide the total average score of the original interview scores of the candidates for this position by the average score of the original interview scores of the candidates in each interview room of the position, and obtain the weighted coefficient of each interview room (the weighted coefficient of the interview room, That is, the total average score of all candidates for this position is divided by the average score of candidates for this position in this examination room). (8) Result Determination

(9) Physical examination

IV. Recruitment and management
(1) The personnel hired are subject teachers of the District Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. and will not be included in the establishment management of public institutions. (2) The employee signs an employment contract with Yulin City Yuyang District Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. The initial employment period is five years (with a one-year probationary period), and one appointment is implemented every year.
