How to post a message in Diaobingshan City?

Log in your ID first, and then enter Diaobingshan City in the search box on the homepage of Baidu Post Bar, and then the prompt as shown in the figure below will pop up. Click anywhere indicated by the arrow symbol to enter the post bar.

Then you will get the interface as shown below, and then pull down the page to the end.

Then you will see the page shown below, then enter the title and content of the post you want to publish, and finally click Publish.
