1. Recruitment scope and conditions

Applicants should meet the following conditions:

2. Recruitment positions

The written test subjects are professional ability and related knowledge tests. The written test score accounts for 30% of the total score.

According to the written test scores from high to low, candidates for interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:5 to the number of people in the recruitment position. The written test results and the list of candidates for interviews will be announced on the Jinan Personnel Establishment Information Network (www.jnrs.gov.cn) and the Municipal Transportation Bureau website (www.jnjtj.gov.cn) on December 3. Candidates who enter the interview must go to the registration location with their ID cards and written test admission tickets from 8:30 to 17:00 on December 4 to collect the "Interview Notice" (failure to collect it after the deadline will be deemed as automatic abandonment).

5. Assessment and Physical Examination

After the interview, the total score of the candidates will be calculated based on the proportion of written test score accounting for 30% and interview score accounting for 70%. Written test scores, interview scores, and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places. Based on the total score of the examination, according to the recruitment position, from high scores to low scores, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the planned number of recruits. If there are candidates with the same total score in the recruitment plan for the same position, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined based on the written test scores from high to low.

The main content of the assessment includes the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc. of the personnel to be hired, and their qualifications will be reviewed. The physical examination will be arranged by the Municipal Transportation Bureau at designated comprehensive hospitals above the municipal level, and will be carried out with reference to the general physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment. For the vacancies caused by those who fail to pass the assessment and physical examination, after review and approval by the Municipal Personnel Bureau, other people who enter the interview range for the same position will be filled in equal amounts according to the total score from high to low.

6. Public announcement and signing of employment contract

Personnel to be hired who pass the examination, assessment, and physical examination will be publicized on the Jinan Municipal Transportation Bureau website for 7 days. If there is no objection to the announcement, the Municipal Transportation Bureau will report it to the Municipal Personnel Bureau for review. The probation period system is implemented for employed personnel in accordance with regulations.
