Interview Form of Qinzhou Institutions in 2022

There are two interview methods: structured interview and practical operation ability test. Full score of structured interview and practical operation ability test 100, 60 points qualified. If the interview is approved by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau or the candidate is absent from the exam, and the ratio of the number of job vacancies to the actual number of people participating in the interview at the time of the interview is less than 1:3, the candidate's score must reach 70 or above to be qualified. Those who fail the interview shall not be identified as candidates for assessment. If the interview score of the job applicant is lower than 70 points or above, the job recruitment will be cancelled.

The actual operation ability test of the recruitment positions in institutions directly under the municipal government shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of the recruitment unit under the guidance of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The practical operation ability test of recruitment positions in institutions in Qinnan District and Qinbei District shall be organized and implemented by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Qinnan District and Qinbei District in conjunction with relevant recruitment units. The practical operation ability test of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinzhou Port Area of China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone is organized and implemented by the Administrative Committee and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

The form of practical operation ability test should be determined according to the recruitment position, adhere to the principle of what to test, and focus on the professional quality and potential ability of candidates. The competent department of the municipal recruitment unit shall formulate the practical operation ability test work plan before July 1 2022, and report it to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review and implementation. Complete the practical operation ability test before July 30, 2022, and report the results in writing to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. If it is not organized within the time limit, it will be regarded as giving up.
