Announcement on the Physical Examination of the Third Batch of Public Recruitment of Police Auxiliary Personnel by the Hefei Public Security Bureau, Anhui Province in 2021

1. List of Physical Examination Personnel

Please see Appendix 1 for the list of physical examination personnel.

II. Physical examination location

Hefei First People’s Hospital (No. 390 Huaihe Road, Luyang District).

The physical examination personnel will gather on the first floor of the first building (Medical Technology Building) after entering through the Huaihe Road Gate.

3. Physical examination time

Due to the large number of physical examination personnel, this physical examination is divided into three batches.

The first batch: Physical examination personnel applying for positions 213001, 213002, 213003, 213004, 213005, 213006, 213007, and 213008 should report to the designated location before 6:10 am on December 8, 2021, and Attend physical exams as required. Those who have not reported by 6:50 a.m. on the day of the physical examination will be deemed to have automatically given up.

The second batch: Physical examination personnel applying for positions 213009, 213010, 213011, 213015, 213016, 213017, 213020, and 213021 should report to the designated location before 6:10 am on December 9, 2021, and Attend physical exams as required. Those who have not reported by 6:50 a.m. on the day of the physical examination will be deemed to have automatically given up.

The third batch: Physical examination personnel applying for positions 213012, 213013, 213014, 213018, 213019, 213022, and 213023 should report to the designated location before 6:10 am on December 10, 2021, and follow the requirements Take a physical exam. Those who have not reported by 6:50 a.m. on the day of the physical examination will be deemed to have automatically given up.

IV. Physical examination information

Those who participate in the physical examination must bring their original valid ID card, written examination admission ticket, 1 1-inch white background color photo, Hefei First People's Hospital Health Management Center COVID-19 Circulation Report (see Attachment 2, medical examiners are asked to download and print by themselves).

V. Physical examination fees

1. Hair testing fee: 80 yuan (at your own expense).

2. Other physical examination fees: 348 yuan (at your own expense).

VI. Precautions

1. Personnel participating in the physical examination are requested to carefully read the "Health Examination Instructions of the Health Management Center of Hefei First People's Hospital" (see Attachment 3), "Hefei Municipal Public Security Bureau "Instructions for Physical Examination and Epidemic Prevention and Control of the Third Batch of Open Recruitment of Police Auxiliary Personnel in 2021" (see Attachment 4), and strictly abide by relevant requirements.

2. The Huaihe Road Gate of Hefei First People’s Hospital is the entrance for those participating in the physical examination. Physical examination personnel should familiarize themselves with the entrance location in advance, determine the bus route, and ensure to check in on time.

3. On the day of the physical examination, the physical examination personnel should submit their relevant documents to the staff for verification and wait in the designated waiting group for examination.

4. Physical examination personnel must consciously maintain the order of physical examination and maintain a safe distance from other personnel. Obey the arrangements of the on-site staff, do not move around or make noise at will, and leave the venue in an orderly manner after the physical examination is completed.

5. If medical examiners violate relevant regulations, they will be given a warning, disqualified for physical examination, and included in the blacklist for auxiliary police recruitment, depending on the severity of the case.

6. If medical examiners conceal or lie about key epidemic prevention and control information such as travel history, contact history, health status, etc., or fail to cooperate with staff in epidemic prevention testing, etc., resulting in serious consequences, they will be severely dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control. , and investigate their legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.
