Those who have obtained academic degrees before registration must provide the original "Electronic Registration Form for Academic Certificates" of the Ministry of Education. Before obtaining the diploma (degree certificate), the fresh graduates of colleges and universities in 2023 must hold the original "Recommendation Form for Registration of Fresh Graduates of Colleges and Universities in 2023" (Annex 5).

On-the-job personnel must hold the original Application Form for on-the-job personnel (Annex 6). Returned students are required to provide the original and photocopy of the academic degree certification certificate issued by the Overseas Students Service Center of the Ministry of Education. If there are requirements for the qualifications of senior management (post) in the recruitment position, the original and photocopy of the qualification certificate of senior management (post) shall be provided.
