First, prepare for the exam.

Third, comments.

Structured groups simulate real-life work meetings, that is, colleagues speak and discuss on specific topics. The essence of "comment" is to discuss the content of the topic, and it is by no means a "mutual discussion" between candidates.

2. Comments should be organized and convincing. At the same time, when commenting on others, it is best to say the advantages first, where and why. Then combine the specific answers of other candidates, tell the problem, say what his problem is and how to improve it. Avoid perfunctory things and make things out of nothing.

Of course, the whole process should be calm, sincere and peaceful, and don't maliciously slander others.

Fourth, the countermeasures.

In this regard, candidates are advised to treat other people's comments with a realistic attitude, "if there is something, change it, if there is nothing, add encouragement" and respond positively.

On the one hand, we respond appropriately to others' positive comments (just nod and smile), and we don't have to respond to the specific content in the response session, just express our gratitude. On the other hand, if there are questionable comments when answering questions, you need to admit your mistakes realistically, and if time permits, you can further talk about your own views as a supplement. If there are some details in the content, you can make necessary explanations, don't refute them seriously, and you can't just admit that you are silent.
