What pits have you stepped on in the school recruitment?

A friend around me told me that he took part in this year's autumn recruitment (fresh graduates), but he encountered all kinds of wonderful things in the process of school recruitment, especially HR drew himself a pie. Moreover, some HR can't even tell the salary composition clearly, which also makes him feel that some pits in life are hard to prevent or even recognize. This is a pit. When I heard him say this, I also thought of some pits I stepped on in the school recruitment in the past.

The first is the pit stepped on in salary. At that time, when applying for the job, the company personnel told us that there was no responsibility for the basic salary of 3,000 yuan plus commission (the commission said by the personnel is that it is not a problem as long as you work hard to earn more than 10,000 yuan a month). However, after working in the company, I found that this 3000 has business requirements, and I have to reach a certain business sales volume to get the money completely, otherwise I will be deducted.

Later, we also talked to the supervisor about it, but the other person's attitude was very uncomfortable, saying, "There is no such thing as a free lunch. It's company policy. If you really can't stand it, please resign. " At that time, I was very angry and retorted that the other party didn't tell me this at first. As a result, the supervisor said that everything would be subject to the contract. Well, I was cheated. I didn't read the contract carefully at first. The contract doesn't say that this 3000 yuan is an irresponsible basic salary, so I can only accept it.

Some friends may say that there is a commission, alas, even dare not look at the commission, poor. Even if you try your best to sell, the monthly commission will not exceed 3000 yuan. There are nearly 50 people in our team. The commission of the best one is 3000 yuan a month, and the rest are around 1000.

Then he resigned and found a new company. This company is consistent in its words and deeds in terms of salary and treatment, and has not deceived us, but there are still some minor problems. In accommodation, the manager separated us young people, and then assigned them to the old staff dormitory one by one, so that we could live with the old staff, euphemistically asking the old staff for help.

However, it turned out that this was not the case at all. It is said that we ask each other for help, more accurately, we ask them to supervise our words and deeds and give feedback to the company in time. Less than half a month after we started working, the company fired a new young man, saying that he privately complained and spoke ill of the company.

Later, we learned that the young man complained in the dormitory that the company had no "humanity" because he worked overtime once. As a result, the old employee reported it to the company manager, and later the young man was fired (the old employee admitted that the company made him do it). At that time, we newcomers gasped and lamented that the routine was too deep.

Therefore, as a "budding new" in the workplace, we must remember to do things seriously and never talk nonsense. Proper silence is also a kind of protection for yourself.
