Beijing Holding Group Co., Ltd. was established on June 5438+ 10/8, 2005. Beijing is a wholly state-owned company reorganized and established by Jingtai (Industry) Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Holding Co., Ltd. and Beijing Gas Group Co., Ltd. in order to speed up the strategic adjustment of the state-owned economic layout and deepen the reform of public utilities and investment and financing systems.
