This recruitment is divided into six stages: registration (qualification examination), written examination, interview, physical examination and investigation (political examination), publicity and employment.

(1) Registration (Qualification Examination)

The written test is 100% closed-book test, accounting for 50% of the total score.

Focus on the public's knowledge, comprehensive ability and community practice, and do not specify examination materials.

If the ratio of the number of job applicants to the number of job applicants does not reach the ratio of 1:3, the number of job applicants will be reduced accordingly, and a reduction announcement will be published on the website of Gulou District Government in Nanjing after the registration.

According to the written test results, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of 1:3.

The interview is a structured interview with a percentage system, accounting for 50% of the total score.

(4) Physical examination and investigation (political examination)

Calculate the total score according to the sum of 50% written test score and 50% interview score.

According to the total score from high to low 1: 1, determine the object of physical examination and investigation (political examination).

(5) Publicity

Those who pass the physical examination and investigation (political examination) will be publicized on the portal website of Gulou District Government in Nanjing as candidates.

In the physical examination, investigation (political examination), publicity and other links, when there is a vacancy due to reasons such as unqualified applicants and voluntary abandonment, the candidates who have passed the post examination will be replenished in order of the total test scores from high to low.

(6) Employment

After the expiration of the publicity period, they will be assigned to work in various street communities, go through the employment procedures in accordance with the relevant regulations of each employer, and sign a labor dispatch contract with Nanjing Gulou Human Resources Co., Ltd.

Each employing unit is responsible for daily management and performance appraisal.
