Generally speaking, the pattern of TVB ancient costume street in Hong Kong is too small, which is not as atmospheric as Hengdian. In particular, Hengdian has a one-to-one palace built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. TVB can only be replaced by a small palace. The distance between the emperor and the minister is only one or two meters, and there is no momentum at all. The roof only uses ordinary yellow paint, which is obviously different from the glazed tiles used in real life, and it also affects the effect of the play, so I went to Hengdian to shoot it.

In order to save costs, TVB doesn't go to Hengdian to find location. Only big dramas or dramas with more than 30 episodes will go to Hengdian, and not all dramas will be filmed in Hengdian. Generally, shots such as the city gate or the palace will be taken in Hengdian, and most other rooms will be taken in Hong Kong.
