1. Fill in the information.

Candidates log in to the registration website and fill in the application information (the contact number must be in person in order to receive results and information submission prompts in a timely manner). Candidates please register according to the principle of unit location. Personnel who belong to units directly under the municipal government of Guangzhou City or in various districts of Guangzhou City (the name of the unit is preceded by "Guangzhou City" or an enterprise registered with the Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau of Guangzhou City or various districts of Guangzhou City) please choose the registration point in Guangzhou City.

2. Upload photos must be consistent.

Before uploading photos, candidates must use the ID photo review and processing tool software to review the photos in advance. Only newly generated registration photos that pass the review can be recognized by the registration system. Photo requirements: A one-inch full-face ID photo of the person without a hat, taken in the past six months, with a red, blue or white background, in JPG or JPEG format (the file is larger than 30K, and the pixels are larger than 300*215). The photo uploaded during registration must be consistent with the photo submitted after passing the exam, otherwise the certificate will not be issued.

3. Print the registration form.

After filling in the information and uploading photos, candidates can download and print the "Registration Form for Licensed Pharmacist Qualification Examination" (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Form"). Once the "Registration Form" is printed or paid, no information can be modified. Be sure to carefully check the relevant information before printing the registration form. After the registration is completed, the system no longer supports downloading and printing of the registration form.

4. Pay online.

Registration requires online payment, and registration is completed upon successful payment. Failure to pay the fee by the due date will be deemed as giving up the registration. After paying the fee, candidates can log in to the registration website to check the payment status. If the status shows "paid", the registration is successful, and no on-site confirmation is required before the test.

5. After registration, candidates should promptly submit the "Registration Form" to the human resources department of their unit for review, stamp it, and keep it for themselves.
