1. First, open GTA5 and reach the location of the map below.

2. Secondly, play in the alley and find the third staircase.

3. Then climb the stairs, climb to the roof and go straight ahead.

Finally, I killed two people outside the downstairs, went downstairs and found a factory with an open door. Mike is inside.
