How do banks recruit employees?

The general process of bank recruitment is: announcement-online application-demonstration-written examination-interview-physical examination-signing.

1. Announcement: Generally speaking, every February, the bank will issue a campus recruitment announcement in its own official website, which means that the annual spring recruitment of the bank officially kicked off. The spring recruitment announcement will include the bank's position, recruitment conditions, online application entrance, registration time, precautions and other contents, which need candidates to read carefully.

2. Online registration: After the announcement, candidates who intend to apply for the exam need to register online, that is, fill in the online registration form online and deliver the post. 6. Physical examination: After the interview, the bank will finalize the admission list according to the number of recruits and inform everyone to have a physical examination. Physical examination can be divided into equal physical examination and differential physical examination. If the number of physical examinations is equal to the number of recruits, it is an equal physical examination; If the number of physical examinations is greater than the number of recruits, it is a differential physical examination. 7. Signing the contract: After the physical examination, different branches will issue the signing notice to 1 month after 3 days according to their own conditions, and candidates can finally enter the bank after signing the contract.
