Learn from the following three aspects: First, learn books. To be a qualified interviewer, it is essential to learn professional theoretical knowledge. The study content involves professional knowledge of human resources, business management, psychology and other related professional knowledge. There are some quick interview methods and tools to learn and so on. Second, study and work.
