Positioning advantages of West Lake Science Park

As the park is located in the west of Hangzhou, west of Sandun Town, across the river from Zijin Campus of Zhejiang University, its unique geographical position highlights its location advantages and environmental advantages, which are mainly reflected in:

(1) Planning function positioning. According to the planning and construction idea of "study in Zhejiang University, live in Sandun, swim in Xixi and start a business in West Lake Science Park" put forward by the municipal party committee and government, the planning and positioning of the park highlights the industrialization function of the science park, and strives to build a modern urban demonstration zone integrating "production, study, residence and transportation" and a main platform for industrial economy.
