First, the location is unique and the transportation is convenient. Suizhong Binhai Economic Zone is the starting point of Liaoning coastal economic belt, located at the junction of Northeast China and North China, and has the inherent advantage of undertaking two-way radiation from the two economic zones. Beijing-Shenyang Railway, Qinhuangdao-Shenyang Passenger Dedicated Line, Beijing-Shenyang expressway, National Highway 102 and Binhai Highway run through the whole territory. It's only 300 kilometers away from Beijing and Shenyang, and it's a three-hour drive. Distance to Shanhaiguan International Airport12km, drive10min. It is 25 kilometers away from Qinhuangdao Port and zero distance from two 35,000-ton general wharves under construction in Shanhaiguan Port Area.

Second, it is rich in resources and profound in cultural heritage. The coastal economic zone has nearly 30 kilometers of pristine beaches with blue sand and white sand, flat beaches without reefs and pollution, and a large area of land with flat terrain, few attachments and suitable for development. In the shallow sea of the economic zone stands the wonders of Jieshi, which have been praised by several emperors. Cao Cao left a famous sentence here, "Jieshi is looking at the sea in the east." On the other side of Jieshi is Jieshi Palace, the palace site of Qin Shihuang. The state has approved the construction of Jieshi Great Ruins Park, which covers an area of 10 square kilometers and is the first world cultural heritage in northeast China.

In order to create a national "policy depression" and attract high-tech projects to settle in, Binhai Economic Zone has specially formulated preferential investment policies for high-tech projects, giving enterprises active policy support in terms of project land, taxation, R&D funds and talent support. In order to build a first-class "service highland" in China, Binhai Economic Zone has recruited professional service personnel, and established an enterprise service system with one-stop approval, one-stop service, effective official seal, and follow-up agency from enterprise start-up to production.

Fourth, leaders attach importance to and give strong support. The construction of Suizhong Binhai Economic Zone has been highly valued and strongly supported by provincial leaders. Provincial Party Secretary Zhang, Governor Chen, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Governor Teng Weiping successively visited our district for investigation.
