China's refractory enterprises are roughly distributed in the following fields according to categories:

1, Liaonan-Haicheng Dashiqiao: There are many manufacturers of magnesia refractories, but they are mainly small enterprises, and there are also several large enterprises-Dashiqiao Qinghua Group, Ogilvy & Mather, Mayton Company, Vesuvius Company and Dachang Company. The treatment of graduate students is ok, generally around 3000 yuan;

2, Henan and Shandong-mainly acid and neutral refractory companies, Puyang refractory company, because there are too many companies to give examples, the treatment is similar;

Ordinary small enterprises (workers 1000 or less) do not recruit graduate students, as long as the undergraduate course meets the requirements;

I suggest you go to a bigger company, because they have their own R&D center, which can improve your technical level faster.
