Strict. Dalian Yinzhong Music School was founded in 1990 and belongs to Yinzhong Culture Education Group. It is the earliest music school in our city. It is the only one in our city that has been approved by the Ministry of Culture, audited and filed by the Provincial Department of Culture, and has legal personality, independent organization and national examination.
