What is the entry process of China Life?

China Life's process: job preparation, job registration, job procedures, job training, job evaluation and job termination. The specific process is:

1. Employees fill in employee registration forms, submit various certificates and sign labor contracts.

2. Organize new employee training and provide professional and technical training for corresponding functions.

3. After the internship of new employees, the personnel department will arrange a confirmation assessment. During the probation period, employees will conduct self-evaluation on their work, which will be evaluated by the direct manager.
