3. The security personnel sent by Party B shall actively assist Party A in fire prevention, theft prevention and public security maintenance.

4. If the security personnel fail to perform their duties, Party B shall replace or deal with them in time. If Party B's security personnel leave their posts without authorization and cause losses to Party A, if the circumstances are serious, they shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to their responsibilities.

5. During the security guard's duty, Party B shall send corresponding management personnel to assist Party A in management.

6. Party A shall go through relevant activities formalities with relevant departments. During the activity, the termination of the activity due to incomplete procedures or irresistible factors will not affect the performance of this contract.

7. During the period when Party B's security personnel are on duty, Party A shall provide catering and drinking water, and Party B shall bear other expenses such as transportation and personal injury insurance.

In accordance with the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, honesty and credibility for common compliance.

1. Party A and Party B shall jointly complete the security work of temporary service, be responsible for the ideological education of security personnel in terms of their duties such as temporary service and security business, mobilize the enthusiasm of security personnel and do a good job in security work.

2. Security guards should stand guard for 6 hours and sit on duty for 8 hours until the temporary service ends. Rights and obligations of Party A and Party B: (1) Rights and obligations of Party A:

1 Party A has the right to arrange duty posts and formulate responsibility standards.

Party B shall provide Party A with security personnel who meet the requirements of the scheme, and be responsible for replacing the security personnel who violate their post responsibilities in Party A's work.

Settlement of contract disputes
