The transportation department and traffic police department will further strengthen the supervision of coaches and establish a "blacklist" system for coach management. Coaches who violate the rules of "eating, taking, sticking, and asking" during the teaching process will be recorded in the coach's annual quality credit assessment account, and those who enter the coach's "blacklist" will not be allowed to continue to work as a coach within three years.
