Recently, the Yibin Municipal Transportation Management Office and the Municipal Traffic Police Detachment jointly issued a notice to strengthen motor vehicle driver training, testing and safety management. Starting from 2009, our city's transportation management department and traffic police department will implement a training quality ranking system, rank the city's driving school training quality every six months, and inform the society through the media. If the driving school ranks last twice in a row or if the one-time pass rate of any of the first, second and third subjects in a single period is less than 80, the traffic police department will suspend the test in accordance with relevant regulations, and the transportation management department will suspend the training business of the driving school and Included in the driving school’s annual quality and reputation assessment account.

The "Notice" requires all driving schools to conduct training in strict accordance with the training content, training subjects, training hours and other requirements stipulated in the "Teaching Syllabus" of the Ministry of Communications to ensure the quality of training. Each driving school should give full play to the role of the "driver training hour timing management system" to effectively monitor the instructor's teaching activities to ensure the student hours and training quality. In addition, in order to ensure smooth road traffic, the route for coaches to enter the examination room is determined to be: Qixing Road - Waijiang Road - Zhongba Bridge - Lianglu Bridge - Cuiping Road - Zhenwu Road - Minjiang Bridge - Turn right under the bridge - Development Street -Minjiang West Road-Wuliangye Avenue Jiuzhou Road-Hongfeng West Road-Guta Road. In addition to the above-mentioned streets, Coach vehicles are not allowed to drive on other roads. Violators will be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law.

The "Notice" also requires all driving schools to further strengthen the management of coaches and resolutely put an end to the phenomenon of coaches "eating, taking, taking, and asking for". The transportation department and traffic police department will further strengthen the supervision of coaches and establish a "blacklist" system for coach management. Coaches who violate the rules of "eating, taking, sticking, and asking" during the teaching process will be recorded in the coach's annual quality credit assessment account, and those who enter the coach's "blacklist" will not be allowed to continue to work as a coach within three years.
