According to the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions on the Employment of Civil Servants (Trial), and the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, the Political and Legal Committee of Sichuan Provincial Committee, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Justice and the Sichuan Provincial Civil Service Bureau decided to organize and implement the public examination for the recruitment of civil servants in the prison drug rehabilitation system in the second half of 218. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows (this announcement is also published in www.scsf.gov.cn, the website of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Justice):

1. Candidates and conditions

(1) Candidates: 219 college graduates and social on-the-job and off-the-job personnel who meet the job requirements. Among them, college graduates in 219 must obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate required by the position before July 31, 219; Other personnel must obtain the graduation certificate and degree certificate required by the position before the interview qualification review. If you fail to obtain the relevant certificates within the specified time, you will not be hired or will not enter the next examination, and the responsibility will be borne by yourself.

"people with more than two years' experience in grassroots work experience" refers to two years' accumulated working experience at the grassroots level as of November 21st, 218 (the first day of registration). Grassroots work experience refers to the working experience at the grass-roots level and in the front line of production, that is, working experience in party and government organs at or below the county (city, district) level, referring to the civil service law management unit, and working experience in state-owned enterprises and institutions at all levels, village (community) organizations, other economic organizations and social organizations. Unemployed college graduates who leave school go to the internship base of college graduates (the base is a grass-roots unit) to participate in internships or participate in project research in enterprises and institutions, which can be regarded as grassroots work experience. The experience of working in military regiments and units below the equivalent regiments, and the experience of retired soldiers in active service in the military can be regarded as grassroots work experience. The social practice experience of college graduates during their study in school cannot be regarded as grassroots work experience.

(2) Application conditions:

1. Possession of Chinese nationality;

2. Support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China;

3. Those who are 18-3 years old (born between November 21, 1987 and November 21, 2), who are graduate students of master's degree and doctor's degree (not in-service), and who apply for prison doctors (doctors) and psychological correction positions, are not over 35 years old (born after November 21, 1982);

4. Have good conduct;

5. Having physical conditions for performing duties normally;

6. Have a degree of education that meets the requirements of the position;

7. Other qualifications that meet the requirements of laws and regulations and recruitment positions;

8. comply with the provisions of article 68 of the civil service law of the people's Republic of China on withdrawal.

(3) Anyone who has one of the following circumstances may not register:

1. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been expelled from public office;

2. The spouse, lineal blood relatives and collateral blood relatives who have great influence on me have been sentenced to death or are serving sentences or engaged in * China's political activities at home and abroad;

3. those who violate the rules and regulations in the recruitment of civil servants during the ban period;

4. Civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed according to the Civil Service Law have been dismissed for less than five years;

5. On-the-job civil servants and staff of organs (units) managed by referring to the Civil Service Law;

6. Servicemen;

7. Students who are not fresh graduates in 219;

8. People in other situations who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants or people's police according to the law.

II. Recruiting units and places

There are 5 in Aba prison, 8 in Bazhong prison, 5 in Chengdu prison for sick people, 9 in Chengdu women's prison, 13 in Chongzhou prison, 26 in northern Sichuan prison, 7 in eastern Sichuan prison, 15 in western Sichuan prison, 6 in central Sichuan prison, 32 in Dazhou prison, 7 in British prison, 18 in Deyang prison, 15 in Ganzi prison, etc. 24 in Jintang prison, 3 in Jinjiang prison, 25 in Leimaping prison, 2 in Liangshan prison, 14 in Meizhou prison, 2 in Mianyang prison, 2 in Neijiang prison, 36 in Panxi prison, 4 in Qiaowo prison, 7 in Qionglai prison, 3 in provincial women's prison, 22 in Ya 'an prison, 3 in Yibin prison and 35 in Yizhou prison. There are 1 women's compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers, 8 Ya 'an compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers, 1 Neijiang compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers, 9 Xichang compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers, 12 Yanyuan compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers, 3 Guang 'an compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers and 3 Chengdu compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers.

III. Registration and preliminary qualification examination

Registration for this exam is conducted by online registration. The registration time is from November 21 to 27, 218 at 8: am, and the registration website is Sichuan Personnel Examination Network (www.scpta.gov.cn). The recruitment agency is responsible for the qualification examination. The qualification examination runs through the whole process of public recruitment. In any link, applicants who do not meet the job requirements may be disqualified from applying for or hiring. From November 22 to 26, the statistics of the number of people paying for each position will be published on the registration website at 1: every morning.

Registration and qualification preliminary examination are conducted according to the following procedures:

(1) Online registration

1. Select a position. Applicants log on to the registration website, carefully read the "Announcement" and "Public Recruitment Position Form", understand the basic policies and requirements, and choose the recruitment position that meets their own conditions. Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID number to register, and can only choose one position in a department. The ID card used for registration and examination must be the same.

2. Fill in the information. Applicants are required to register according to the online prompts, fill in all the contents of the Information Form for Civil Servants' Employment in Sichuan Public Examination in 218 truly and accurately, and upload their recent bareheaded electronic photos (jpg format, below 2KB). The application materials submitted by the applicants shall be true and accurate. Those who provide false application materials will be disqualified once verified. Anyone who forges or alters relevant documents, materials and information to defraud the examination qualification will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Handling Violations of Discipline in the Examination and Employment of Civil Servants (Order No.3 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security).

3. Inquire about the preliminary qualification examination results. Applicants should log on to the registration website before 8: am from November 21 to 28 to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination and photo quality inspection. Those who pass the preliminary qualification examination can no longer apply for other positions, and print two copies of the "Information Form for Applying for Civil Servants in Sichuan Public Examination in 218" according to the online prompts for the qualification review. Those who fail in the preliminary qualification examination may change to other positions before the deadline for registration.

(II) Confirmation of Payment

Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination and the photo quality are required to log on to the registration website before 8: am on November 29th to confirm the payment. If the payment is not confirmed within the specified time after online registration, it will be deemed as automatic waiver. The specific procedures for confirming payment shall be carried out according to the network prompts.

The following candidates have passed the preliminary qualification examination and submitted the application materials for reducing the written examination fee to the Sichuan Personnel Examination and Evaluation Base (No.2, Sanhuaishu Road, Chengdu) on the working day before November 28th, and went through the procedures for reducing or exempting the written examination fee after examination and confirmation:

1. Applicants who enjoy the minimum living guarantee in urban families shall present the certificate of enjoying the minimum living guarantee with the low guarantee (original and photocopy) or the county (city, district) civil affairs department where their families are located;

2. Applicants from poverty-stricken families who set up a file card shall rely on the file card, handbook or poverty certificate (original and photocopy) issued by the poverty alleviation office (department) in the county (city, district) where their family is located;

3. Candidates from families whose parents are dead, one of whom is a martyr or a first-class disabled soldier, and whose lives are very difficult shall present valid certificates such as the certificate of father or mother's martyr issued by the civil affairs department, the certificate of father or mother's first-class disabled soldier, and the certificate of parents' death issued by the local police station.

(III) Position Adjustment

The ratio of the number of applicants for written examination to the employment plan shall generally not be less than 5: 1, and the positions with strong professionalism that are urgently needed in the prison drug rehabilitation system, such as foreign language and minority language translation, psychological correction, information communication and medicine, will be relaxed to 3: 1. After the registration and payment work, the provincial competent department of civil servants will reduce or cancel the employment plan of the position and announce it. For the position whose employment plan has been cancelled, the Sichuan Personnel Examination Network will refund the fee to the applicants who have paid for the position, or the recruitment agency will adjust it to other positions in the system that meet the application conditions after obtaining the consent of the candidates.

(4) Print the admission ticket

Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and passed the photo quality and successfully completed the payment (including fee reduction and exemption) should log on to Sichuan Personnel Examination Network from December 18 to 21 to print their admission ticket (printed on A4 paper, in black and white and color, ensuring clear handwriting and photos). Candidates should bear all the responsibility for not printing the admission ticket within the time limit and affecting the exam.

iv. examination and qualification review

the examination is divided into written examination and interview, and the total score of the examination is calculated according to the full score of 1 points.

2. Time and place of written examination:

The written examination time is Sunday, December 23rd, 218. Please refer to my admission ticket for the specific written examination time and place of each subject.

applicants should take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket. Enter the examination room with the admission ticket and valid identity card, and those with incomplete two certificates are not allowed to take the exam.

3. written test bonus:

(1) personnel who have made outstanding performance in the earthquake relief of the "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake were commended by county (city, district), city (state) party committees, governments, city (state) organs and provincial organs when they applied for civil servants in the hardest hit areas of the "5.12" Wenchuan earthquake. When applying for civil servants in other parts of the province, those who are commended by county (city, district), city (state) party committees, governments, city (state) organs and provincial organs will be given 1 point after the written test results are converted, and those who are commended by provincial party committees, provincial governments and national ministries and commissions and above will be given 1.5 points after the written test results are converted.

The hardest hit areas of the "5.12" Wenchuan Earthquake refer to Wenchuan County, Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, Mianzhu City, shifang city, Qingchuan County, Maoxian County, Anxian County, Dujiangyan City, Pingwu County, Pengzhou City, Lixian County, jiangyou city City, Lizhou District of Guangyuan City, Chaotian District of Guangyuan City, Zhaohua District of Guangyuan City, wangcang county City, Zitong County and Youxian City of Mianyang City.

in the earthquake relief work of the "4.2" Lushan strong earthquake, he was commended by the Decision of Sichuan Provincial People's Government of Sichuan Provincial Committee on Commending the Advanced Collectives and Individuals in Earthquake Relief Work of the "4.2" Lushan strong earthquake in Sichuan Province (Sichuan Committee [213] No.255), and his written test results were obtained when he applied for the civil servants in the hardest hit areas of the "4.2" Lushan strong earthquake. When applying for civil servants in other parts of the province, the written test scores will be converted into 1.5 points.

The hardest hit areas of the "4 2" Lushan earthquake refer to Lushan County, Yucheng District of Ya 'an City, tianquan county, Mingshan District of Ya 'an City, Yingjing County, Baoxing County, Gaohe Town, Tiantaishan Town, Daozuo Township, Huojing Town, Nanbao Township and Jiaguan Town of Qionglai City.

if the above bonus points are met at the same time, the bonus points will be added according to the bonus points.

(2) If minority candidates apply for positions in Ganzi, Aba, Liangshan and minority autonomous counties, 1 point will be added after the written test results are converted.

(3) Children of police officers in the judicial administrative system who have been awarded the title of first-class or second-class hero model in the national judicial administrative system, revolutionary martyrs, who died in the line of duty while performing their duties, who were disabled because of war or because of work, will be given 3 points after their written test scores are converted; Children of police officers in the judicial administrative system who have won personal first-class merit and graduates of police colleges who have won personal first-class merit will be given 2 points after their written test scores are converted.

if the above bonus points are met at the same time, the total bonus points after conversion shall not exceed 5 points.

applicants who meet the above-mentioned bonus points must submit a copy of the admission ticket and the original of relevant supporting materials (candidates who meet the requirements in < 1 > hold a meritorious service award certificate or a commendation decision document before December 25th; Candidates who meet the requirements of < 2 > hold ID cards, household registration books or household registration certificates; Candidates who meet the requirements of < 3 > hold the commendation certificate or commendation decision, disability grade certificate and proof of kinship, etc.) and contact me by telephone, and send them to Sichuan Prison Bureau (address: No.1 Binjiang Middle Road, Chengdu) and Sichuan Drug Rehabilitation Bureau (address: No.9 Shutong Street, Chengdu) for extra points qualification confirmation. 4. Results query: The written test results of all subjects were published on Sichuan Personnel Testing Network (www.scpta.gov.cn) in late January 219. The marking work adopts an automatic system to process scores, and there is no manual scoring and checking process. In principle, candidates' applications for scoring are not accepted. If there are doubts about special circumstances such as missing exams and zero scores, they should log on to Sichuan Personnel Testing Network within 2 days from the date of publication of the results and submit the application. The verification results will be published on the website within 1 working day after the application is completed. The total score of the written test and the position ranking are announced by the recruitment agency.

(II) qualification review

The provincial prison bureau and the provincial drug rehabilitation bureau are responsible for the qualification review. According to the candidate's written test equivalent to the total score, according to the recruitment position of 3 times, from high score to low score, the list of people who enter the qualification review is determined in turn (those who have missed the written test are not allowed to enter the qualification review), and the last one with the same score can enter the qualification review list together. The recruitment unit shall publish the list of persons who enter the qualification review by posting or online announcement. Candidates are required to bring a copy of the Application Information Form for Civil Servants in Sichuan Public Examination in 218 (with photos attached), the second-generation ID card, diploma, degree certificate (positions with clear degree requirements), household registration certificate (positions with clear recruitment scope) and other certificates and procedures required by the recruitment agency, and go to the designated place for qualification review within the specified time. Among them:
