3. Recruitment procedures and methods

This recruitment is based on the principles of "openness, fairness, competition, and merit selection" and in accordance with the announcement of recruitment matters, registration and preliminary qualification review, and written examination (01 -15 positions), physical fitness test, interview, assessment, physical examination, inspection, announcement and recruitment and other steps are organized and implemented.

(2) Registration and preliminary review of qualifications

1. Registration method

3. Registration notes

(1) After passing the preliminary qualification review, applicants must fill in the "Jingjiang Municipal Government Enterprises and Institutions Labor Dispatch Personnel Recruitment Registration Form"; applicants can only Select a position in a unit to register. 4. Receive the admission ticket

Candidates must collect the admission ticket with their ID cards. The time and place for collection will be notified separately. Failure to collect the admission ticket after the deadline will result in automatic abandonment.

5. According to the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, you must wear a mask when registering, keep your distance, actively show the "Sukang Code", "Itinerary Card", and "Place Code", and cooperate with measuring body temperature. (3) Examination

The examination is divided into written examination, physical fitness test and interview.

1. Applicants for positions 01-15 will take a written test, physical fitness test and interview. The written test will be in a closed-book format and will cover basic public knowledge. The full score of the written examination is 100 points, and 60 points is the minimum passing mark. The physical fitness test of those who participate in the written examination will not be included in the total score, but they must reach the passing line of 50 points in the physical fitness test. Those who fail to reach the passing line in the written examination and physical fitness test will not be allowed to enter the next recruitment link.

2. Applicants for positions 16-32 will participate in the physical fitness test and interview. The full score of the physical fitness test is 100 points, and 50 points is the minimum qualifying line. Those who fail to meet the qualifying line will not be allowed to enter the next recruitment link.

The physical fitness test content is: men: 100 meters, push-ups, and standing long jump; women: 100 meters, 1-minute sit-ups, and standing long jump. The scoring standards for physical fitness test results shall be implemented in accordance with the "Standards for Physical Exercise of People's Police of Public Security Organs".

3. Interview. According to the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people recruited for the position, the candidates to participate in the interview will be determined from the highest score to the lowest score among the qualified candidates (follow-up with the same score). If the ratio of the number of people recruited for a position to the number of people interviewed is less than 1:3, interviews will be based on the actual number of qualified people. The interview will be in the form of a structured interview, with a full score of 100 points and 60 points as the minimum qualification. Those who fail to meet the minimum qualification will not be allowed to enter the next recruitment stage.

(4) Assessment

Applicants who are retired military personnel will be given 2 points, those who are Communist Party members will be given 2 points, and those with a bachelor's degree or above will be given 2 points.

(5) Calculation of total score

After the interview, those who apply for positions 01-15 will calculate the total score based on written test score * 50 interview score * 50 assessment points; applicants for 16-32 The total score for the position is calculated based on the physical fitness test score * 50 interview scores * 50 assessment points; the written test scores, physical fitness test scores, and interview scores are all kept to two decimal places, and the third decimal place is processed by the "rounding" method.

(6) Physical examination and inspection

According to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people recruited for the position, the candidates who will participate in the physical examination will be determined from the highest score to the lowest score among those who have passed the interview. If the overall scores are the same, they will be determined based on the interview scores; if the interview scores are still the same, another interview will be organized to determine the results. If the physical examination needs to be postponed due to pregnancy, the examination and subsequent steps will be entered according to the procedures after the physical examination is passed. (7) Announcement and Employment

Proposed candidates who have passed the physical examination and inspection will be announced on the designated website for 3 working days and accept the supervision of the society and applicants. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or the problems reported do not affect the employment, the employment procedures will be completed. When a recruitment position becomes vacant due to reasons such as physical examination, inspection, public announcement, etc. due to applicants not meeting the requirements or voluntarily giving up, the candidates who have passed the interview for the position will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on their total score. After completing the employment approval procedures, there will be no replacement.

After the public announcement, the Jingjiang Municipal Government Enterprises and Institutions Labor Dispatch Management Service Center will handle the relevant procedures and sign a labor contract, and dispatch them to the Jingjiang Municipal Public Security Bureau. A 2-month probationary period will be implemented for dispatched personnel. Those who fail to pass the probation will be disqualified from employment.
