3. Recruitment procedures and methods

3. Registration notes

4. Receive the admission ticket

5. The examination is divided into written examination, physical fitness test and interview.

1. Applicants for positions 01-15 will take a written test, physical fitness test and interview. The written test will be in a closed-book format and will cover basic public knowledge. The full score of the written examination is 100 points, and 60 points is the minimum passing mark. The physical fitness test of those who participate in the written examination will not be included in the total score, but they must reach the passing line of 50 points in the physical fitness test. Those who fail to reach the passing line in the written examination and physical fitness test will not be allowed to enter the next recruitment link.

2. Applicants for positions 16-32 will participate in the physical fitness test and interview. The full score of the physical fitness test is 100 points, and 50 points is the minimum qualifying line. Those who fail to meet the qualifying line will not be allowed to enter the next recruitment link.

The physical fitness test content is: men: 100 meters, push-ups, and standing long jump; women: 100 meters, 1-minute sit-ups, and standing long jump. 3. Interview. According to the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people recruited for the position, the candidates to participate in the interview will be determined from the highest score to the lowest score among the qualified candidates (follow-up with the same score). If the ratio of the number of people recruited for a position to the number of people interviewed is less than 1:3, interviews will be based on the actual number of qualified people. The interview will be in the form of a structured interview, with a full score of 100 points and 60 points as the minimum qualification. (4) Assessment

(5) Calculation of total score

(6) Physical examination and inspection

According to the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people recruited for the position, the candidates who will participate in the physical examination will be determined from the highest score to the lowest score among those who have passed the interview. If the overall scores are the same, they will be determined based on the interview scores; if the interview scores are still the same, another interview will be organized to determine the results.
