in order to introduce high-level outstanding teachers and enrich the staff of educational and scientific research posts in the college, according to document No.1 [214] compiled by Hu, it is now decided to openly recruit 35 outstanding teachers for the society (according to the management of career preparation and filing). 1. Recruitment conditions

II. Recruitment Procedures

(I) Online Registration

In principle, the ratio between the number of applicants for the same position and the number of recruitment plans should not be less than 3:1. (II) Qualification Examination

The preliminary examination shall be conducted according to the Application Form for Open Recruitment of Teachers in Liaoning University of Finance and Trade, and the time and place for taking the written examination shall be notified by email after passing the preliminary examination.

(IV) Re-examination

After the written test scores are determined, the list of candidates for re-examination shall be determined according to the order of the written test scores from high to low, with a ratio of 1:2. The trial lecture content is conducted in the form of on-site class, lecture, teaching discussion and communication. (VI) Physical examination and assessment

According to the total score, the candidates for physical examination and assessment are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan.
