1. The total area of the project is 1 170 mu, with a total investment of about 3 billion yuan. The construction period is planned to be three years. The land requisition investigation has been completed, and the campus planning and design scheme has been entrusted to China Architectural Design and Research Institute. Nanjing Art Institute is asking the provincial party committee and government for instructions, applying for financial support, and striving for an early start. The District Urban Construction Bureau innovated a new supervision mode to help Nanyi build a new campus in Lishui: Nanyi chose Lishui to build a new campus, which is not only a continuation of the glorious school history of a hundred years, but also opens up a new space for the school to move to a higher level. The start-up construction of the new campus bears a beautiful vision of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation between the school and the place. The new town of literature, art, science and education will stand on the bank of Shijiu Lake, becoming a new cultural business card of Lishui and a new cultural landmark of Nanjing.
