Tan Xuan often said, "I love my job very much. As a law enforcer, I should make good use of my power. " After graduating from college, Tan Xuan was assigned to work in the public prosecution department of Xingning District People's Procuratorate. In 2002, she served as the Deputy Director of the Public Prosecution Department. From 2003 to 2004, she served as the deputy director of the Public Prosecution Department in Nanning People's Procuratorate. In 2005, he served as the chief of the civil administrative procuratorate of Xingning District People's Procuratorate, and now he is the deputy procurator-general of Qingxiu District People's Procuratorate.

Despite the pressure and heavy tasks, Tan Xuan was able to complete the work with good quality and quantity. From 2005 to 2006, Tan Xuan undertook two jobs at the same time: as the chief of the civil administrative procuratorial section of Xingning District Procuratorate to meet the new post challenge, and as an excellent prosecutor, he was transferred to the Municipal Procuratorate to participate in presiding over the "020 1" smuggling case in Guangxi, which was quite arduous. In order to overcome the difficulties of the case, she fought all night for 40 hours, during which she only slept for half an hour. Through hard work, she has made outstanding achievements in two tasks: in the work of the People's Bank of China, the department of the People's Bank of China led by her ranked second in the city's quantitative assessment and appraisal for two consecutive years in 2005 and 2006, achieving a new breakthrough in the work of the People's Bank of Xingning District Procuratorate; In the public prosecution work, she and the members of the task force overcame many difficulties and successfully completed the review and public prosecution task of the "020 1" project.
