Japanese in Binzhou Vocational College is a public course.

Binzhou university Foreign Languages Department, formerly known as English Education Department of Chinese Department of Binzhou Normal University, was established in 1984. There are nearly 1700 undergraduate and junior college students. There are four undergraduate majors in English (in three directions: normal education, business and translation), four undergraduate majors in French, and two majors in English education and business English.
