How to do it:
A. analyze the JD of the enterprise. By carefully reading the job description and qualifications, analyze what the ideal candidate for this position is and what kind of ability, attitude, qualifications and resources are needed.

Where does the emphasis come from: your project experience, and achievement stories related to your personal abilities and advantages (the achievement stories are not detailed in this article, but will be detailed in subsequent updates).
Extraction method: star rule (star rule is the abbreviation of situation, task, action and result, if you don't know, ask your mother yourself).
Objective: To increase the space for key points, increase the perspective for highlights, and firmly lock the interviewer's attention in our home court. How to choose a resume photo:

Only junior college students apply for senior management or manager level, so it is not recommended to put academic qualifications first.
How to describe work experience;
* Company name, working hours, job responsibilities, related projects, performance (quantifiable), etc ... This part is the most important part of the resume.
* module clearly and logically, let the other party quickly grasp the main points. Because there is no primary and secondary, it is too verbose, and people have no desire to read.
* Describe the structure of work experience: 1. Job responsibilities+job performance (for jobs with relatively specific positions and performance) 2. Job responsibilities+work performance (including project achievements, personal honor, etc.). Note: enterprises that are too small and informal can do without introducing their background.
* The way to describe work experience: refine the subtitle; 1. It is in line with functions and posts, accurate in content and complete in scope. 2. Start from the most important work module. (not refined) 3. Read the job application and JD's job description on the recruitment website, and refine the summary. When refining, it must be consistent with the actual work.
* Job performance description and related quantitative indicators: 1. Use Arabic numerals as much as possible to highlight quantitative data (such as four years of experience as a user experience designer). 2. Make the scale data as transparent and specific as possible (don't include vague descriptions, such as the conversion rate increased by 34%). 3. How to describe the project experience;
1. The first line includes: start and end time, project title and project location.
2. Contents include: project introduction, project responsibilities, project difficulties and project performance.
How to describe self-evaluation emphatically;
1 Truth: We should proceed from the objective reality and make an objective evaluation of our work and life experience, and there must be no false elements, such as exaggerating our abilities, advantages or work experience.
Full of true feelings: write down your uniqueness, specialty and personality characteristics, and be sure to write down where you are different from others.

B. Weakening secondary information
Weakening non-core content is also a way to highlight important information. For example: hobbies, what awards have you won in school, what talents you have, etc …
Weaken hobbies: Of course, as a designer, loving photography, music, handicrafts and travel shows that you have better taste and love life, which can increase the interviewer's comprehensive understanding of you, but these contents can be slightly weakened. During the interview, if the interviewer is interested in this, you can start talking.
Weakening school rewards: If you are a fresh graduate, it may be a highlight of your ability, but if you are a worker who has graduated for many years, you'd better write a certificate with high gold content related to your major. For example, your job is as a user experience designer, but you won a prize in a poetry reading contest in your freshman year, you know. These are only of reference value or can only be used as extra points, and will not play a decisive role.
Please believe that the priority of these contents is not so high, and putting them in a relatively low position will not affect your probability of receiving an interview notice.
C. deleting spam
Generally, it is best to control your resume to A4 pages, with two pages at most. In the case of limited space, information that has little relevance to the job or can't help recruiters to make judgments can be directly discarded (learn to do subtraction).
For example: home address, party member, height and weight, clubs you have joined, percentage of professional skills (PS skills 80%, AI skills 60%), etc. In the description of skills, it is not recommended to express your skill mastery in the form of percentage.
