Luokou area of Binhe New District

The reconstruction of Luokou area is divided into four stages.

The relevant person in charge of the Luokou Sub-district Office said that the renovation of the Luokou area is the largest renovation project of the Laowa area in Jinan. The renovation project is carried out in four phases, with the first phase as the main one this year. The first phase covers the east of West Wall (Planning Road) of Jinan Metal Pigment Factory, west of Jinpu Railway Line, south of Luokou South Road, north of Luokou Road and Han Ji Railway Line (excluding Dongxin Community, Yiyuan Community, former Jinan Samsung Rubber Factory and all bungalows on the east side of Luokou East Station Street Road). The first phase of the project involves 33 units and 53 plots of land, with a total land area of about 557,000 square meters and a construction area of about 370,000 square meters. Urban residents 1606 people, construction area 100400 m2.

According to reports, the whole territory of Luokou starts from Wuyingshan North Road in the west, east to Jinpu Railway, south to Lu 'an Road and Han Ji Railway, and north to Erhuan North Road, with a total land area of 4,366 mu. Among them, the commercial building area is about 165438+ 10,000 square meters, and municipal public buildings such as modern commercial finance and business office are planned and constructed along both sides of Keelung Road; The construction area of residential buildings and supporting facilities is about 4.76 million square meters, of which the east side of Jilong Road is planned to build resettlement houses 1 15000 square meters, and about 1 1435 households will be resettled.

Yan Lei said that the transformation of Luokou area will build an important node and urban complex on Jinan's north-south main axis. With the development and construction of the jurisdiction, Luokou Street has taken substantial steps in building a bridgehead across the north of the city.
