3. 1 incoming inspection

Buy paints and thinners from evaluated or qualified paint suppliers. After each batch of paint comes in, trained and qualified oil blending technicians will dilute the paint according to the formulated oil blending operation procedures, and at least try to spray the injection position of 7PCS and the plastic parts being produced. Injection of QC should age 7 injection parts.

Do boundary oil test after the test. If the boundary oil test is qualified, the incoming paint and thinner can be received. If the boundary oil test fails, the paint and thinner will be returned to the supplier, and the reason for the return will be informed. Fuel injection QC will record the test results in the incoming inspection report.

3.2. 1 Fuel injection QC checks the fuel injection station every 2 hours. During inspection, QC will select 20 pieces according to the production sign to check whether the color, appearance and position of each oil injection part are correct; If nonconformities are found in the inspection, immediately notify the improvement of production management and record the nonconformities in the IPQC inspection record.
