during my internship, it can be divided into three main stages: the first stage, finding an internship unit; The second stage, establish the internship goal; The third stage is to summarize the internship period.

the first stage: during the university period, many universities will arrange many large-scale job fairs for graduates. However, due to the location and other reasons, our school can't provide a better platform for our students. At the same time, in such a harsh environment, it is more necessary for our students to be independent, and it will push us students to a situation where independence is necessary. Because at this moment, you can't adapt to such an environment, and you have to be eliminated by the school. Therefore, all internship units are completed by their own contact and their own relationship.

On the other hand, such an environment may be more conducive to our classmates' independent ability. However, before this stage, I had an interview in my sophomore year and tried the failure of the interview. I have tried the taste of being cold-eyed; The taste of being perfunctory ...

However, these are all precious wealth in my life. I understand that being in a society, many things should pay attention to conditions. In the face of repeated failures, I summed up my own experience and packed up my confidence. Thinking, why do you enter someone else's design company? What conditions do you have to be accepted as a company person? There are also people who compete with you. What advantages do you have to stand out among many outstanding people? These are all problems that I, a junior who came out as an intern, have to face ... I summed up these shortcomings, and I incorporated them into my life, which is always with me. This precious treasure, when I was informed of my internship in my junior year, I knew that my previous failed experience made me wake up, what I needed and what I wanted … Sure enough, in a design company I liked, I was successful in the interview, and it was a hit … Looking back now, if someone asked me, why did he keep you? Am I better than you? I will answer: sincerity! !

In fact, in this society, many things need to be done sincerely, so others will give you more opportunities, because you have given people an unparalleled sense of trust. This is the first fortune I gained during my internship.

the second stage: from the moment I went for an interview, I already knew what kind of company I was interviewing for and what I did. What can I do after I go in? What can I learn? What can it bring to my life? What can I bring to the company at the same time? So many things will come to my mind at the same time, because this internship can give me the answer, and I must seriously consider what company I want to work for.

"Light and Shadow Lighting Design" is a lighting design company that has started to develop lighting design projects based on the development of lamps, and its corporate background and partners are international, so in the design projects, it can rely on relationships to receive extra-large projects, which is considerable compared with my future prospects in the company. This may also be the place where my study and development started, so I need a company that can give me a lot of room for development. Moreover, for lighting design, I have never been exposed to such a design before, and at the same time, it has brought me into contact with a new design, led me into another design field, and improved my knowledge.

The first thing to do when I enter the company is to adapt to the strange environment of the company and the strange colleagues around me. Fortunately, when I get along with them, my colleagues around me are very kind, which makes me a gift or a privilege when I just step into the society, so I am more careful to maintain such a relationship.

I started my work project. The first project completed in the company is the necessary stage of scheme design, rendering production … Because we have the ability to process renderings and the post-processing ability of Photoshop, it is easy for me to complete the task of rendering. There is no problem with the processing of the software. Although many operations are the same, after all, it is lighting design, and many effects need to be achieved are different. In the process of making, we still encounter many nails, and some problems and depths in processing have to be explored by ourselves. The second task is training, which means a lot to us. This is the first time we have done training on lighting design, and the trained teacher is here temporarily, and the time is very urgent, so we have to study for three days a day. Therefore, in this way, we need to make necessary notes and concentrate 1 times, so that our thinking can react. Moreover, when we mention problems, we should keep thinking about them in our minds and ask questions, otherwise we will miss the opportunity of a good teacher here, and we don't know when to wait next time. After receiving the training, of course, nothing is better than using it in actual combat. The company soon gave me a project about lighting design to practice. Of course, this is only a preliminary work. If it is to be handed over to customers, it needs to be supervised and checked by the design director. At the same time, it can better determine what we lack and what we need to do so that we can make up for it in time. After completing the preliminary data production, we need to go further into the process of scheme design. We need to know roughly what we need to do and how to do it for each complete design scheme. These are all the mental preparations we need to make. While studying these, I am very happy that the boss can bring us a lot of knowledge in this field, including some exchanges in lighting design, the understanding of lamps, and some books in this field, which are our good friends in learning; At the same time, we have many shortcomings in design, and the boss can give us great encouragement and room to play, so that we can express our design ideas without restraint; Besides, my boss's striving for perfection in his work has taught me the most during my internship. Even if it is a small project, the boss asks us to try our best to complete it, which is very helpful for our future development.

the third stage: time passes quickly, and only those who live a full life can really feel that it has existed. And during my internship, I did. The company can bring me a lot of problems that I can't get in touch with at school and solutions to them. At the same time, it will also be a channel for me to face social problems, which is a great wealth for me who just stepped into society. No matter in the field of design or in dealing with various interpersonal problems in society, I can learn a correct method in my internship, and I think I have done it. In the internship stage, I have experienced a lot of problems, but all of them show a person's ability to deal with problems, and I need to learn and master the methods to solve many problems, which are what I need to exercise more.
