How did I get into BYD?

In 2010, although it was not the first time I came to Shenzhen, it was the first time I decided to look for a job in Shenzhen.

I was relatively young at the time and thought it would be easy to find a good job, so I only had 300 yuan with me.

I arrived in Shenzhen at night and temporarily found a very cheap hotel and stayed for one night. The next morning, I went to the job market very early to look for a job!

When I arrived at the job market, I searched for a long time before realizing that jobs were not that easy to find. Either the profession is not suitable for me, or others' requirements are too high, I don't have the ability, or I just don't like it. In short, one sentence is "If you can't achieve high, you can't do low"!

After looking for a job in the job market for three days, I still couldn’t find a suitable one, so I decided to look for it in a large industrial area.

I was just walking around looking for it, and unknowingly I came to the gate of BYD. I saw many people queuing up there. When I asked, I found out that they were all applying for general workers, and the salary was about Two to three thousand, maybe!

The requirements for general workers are not high, as long as they have hands and feet and are not stupid. I see that the requirements written above are 16 to 30 years old, no tattoos, and the recruitment time is from 8:30 am to 11 noon every day. I stayed there for a while and then went back to the hotel.

When I returned to the hotel, I touched my pocket and found that I had less than 100 yuan left. It would be difficult if I couldn't find a job the next day.

I tossed and turned in bed all night, not knowing when I fell asleep. I woke up at six o'clock in the morning, and when I woke up, I couldn't fall asleep. I thought to myself, I can’t be picky anymore, let’s find a job first! I don’t have any money now, so I’ll change my job when I have money! The family is still waiting for me to make money!

After comparing several companies and factories, I finally decided to apply for BYD as a general worker because I heard that it was the only company with higher wages. So, the next day I packed up my things, grabbed my luggage, and joined their general worker application team at the door of BYD!

The application process is very simple. I applied for the job on the same day and started working the next day. In this way, I joined BYD and worked for about a year before leaving.
