The work content of the assistant to the kindergarten director

Kindergarten principals' assistants need to have strong organizational and management skills and communication and coordination skills to provide all kinds of support and help for the smooth operation of kindergartens.

The assistant kindergarten director is mainly responsible for assisting the kindergarten director in management and operation, and his work includes but is not limited to:

Assist the director to formulate and implement the teaching plan to ensure the teaching quality;

Organize the management of kindergartens, including daily management, teaching management, personnel management and financial management;

Responsible for kindergarten enrollment, including publicity, consultation and interview;

Assist the director in recruiting and managing teachers, and guide and supervise teachers' work;

Coordinate the relationship between parents and teachers and solve parents' problems and needs;

Assist the director in organizing various activities, such as parent-child activities and celebrations;

Responsible for the safety management of kindergartens, including students' safety education, safety inspection and emergency plan;

Assist the director in handling complaints and disputes in kindergartens;

Responsible for recording and sorting out all kinds of materials and files in the park;

Assist the director in various statistics and analysis, and provide decision support and reference for the director.
