Mianyang talent introduction policy 2022

Introduce the second batch of high-level urgently needed talents, and plan to openly introduce 338 career establishment talents to the whole country. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows.

I. Introduction Plan

1. Some municipal units in Mianyang plan to openly introduce 89 career preparation talents. (See attachment 1 for details).

2 counties (cities, districts) plan to openly introduce 249 public employees. (See Annex 2 for details. The specific position is subject to the announcement issued by each county (city, district). Second, the introduction of objects and qualifications

This public examination recruitment activity is mainly aimed at graduates with master's degree or above in 2022, and graduates with master's degree or above at home and abroad who graduated from 2020-202 1 and whose work units have not been implemented. Those who are in urgent need of work can relax their academic qualifications to bachelor degree or above.

(1) Persons with the following qualifications may apply for the examination:

3. Previous graduates must graduate normally within the prescribed academic system and obtain academic degree certificates on schedule; Doctoral and master graduate students who graduated in 2022 must obtain corresponding academic degrees before 65438+February 3 1 in 2022; Graduates from overseas institutions must obtain their degrees before 65438+February 3, 20221,and provide the degree certification certificate issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education. Due to force majeure and non-subjective factors, fresh graduates who fail to obtain relevant certificates within the specified time can be resolved through consultation;

4. Have the working ability, professional level, physical condition and psychological quality required by the post, and be willing to obey the adjustment arrangement of the organization;

5. After the introduction, it is necessary to sign a service agreement with the employer for not less than 5 years.

(two) in any of the following circumstances, the application shall not be made:

2. Should be avoided in accordance with the relevant provisions;

3. Violation of rules and regulations in the recruitment of civil servants and institutions at all levels, during the forbidden period;

5. From the date of this announcement, those who have passed the selection, recruitment and talent introduction examinations of organs, enterprises and institutions within the administrative area of Mianyang City and have been publicized or passed the inspection during the publicity period;

6. As of the date of this announcement, the relevant enterprises and institutions in Mianyang City have resigned less than 1 year or have been dismissed for less than 2 years;
