In accordance with the provisions of Article 47 of the "Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China" and Article 25 of the "Implementation Regulations of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China", the provincial government on April 1, 2021 The "Reply on the Implementation of the Ninth Batch of Urban Construction Land in Luoyang City in 2018" was issued on the same day, which approved the city's acquisition of 30.3315 hectares of collective land in 3 communities including Xiagou Community, Hongshan Street, Xigong District, including 13.754 hectares of agricultural land and 16.5775 hectares of construction land. . The main contents and relevant matters of the approved expropriation plan are now announced as follows:

1. Owner, land type, area, location and purpose of the expropriated land

Plot 1: expropriation There are 3.3061 hectares of collective land in Xiagou Community, Hongshan Street, all of which are agricultural land, including 2.8426 hectares of cultivated land and 0.4635 hectares of other agricultural land; 1.6308 hectares of collective land in Zaoyuan Community have been expropriated, including 1.5789 hectares of agricultural land and 0.0519 hectares of construction land. II. Compensation standards for land acquisition

Land compensation and resettlement subsidies shall be implemented in accordance with the "Notice of the People's Government of Henan Province on Issues Concerning the Expropriation of Comprehensive Land Prices for Agricultural Areas". The compensation standards for ground attachments shall be implemented in accordance with the "Notice of the Luoyang Municipal People's Government Office on Issuing the Compensation Standards for Ground Attachments on Collective Land Acquisition for National Construction in Luoyang City".

3. Time limit and location for land acquisition compensation registration

Land owners and use rights holders within the scope of land acquisition shall, within 10 working days from the date of issuance of this notice, With the land ownership certificate or other supporting materials, go to Hongshan Subdistrict Office and Luobei Subdistrict Office of Luoxi Work District respectively according to the scope of administrative jurisdiction to register for land acquisition compensation.

4. If the owner or user of the expropriated land fails to register for compensation within the prescribed period, it will be dealt with in accordance with the law.

5. From the date of issuance of this notice, no unit or individual is allowed to construct buildings or carry out interior decoration without authorization within the scope of land acquisition, otherwise they will be demolished for free as illegal buildings; Plant trees, flowers, and add ground attachments, otherwise registration and compensation will not be granted.

6. The Xigong District Government will be specifically responsible for the land acquisition and demolition of this batch of land, and will organize and coordinate it in a unified manner. Units and individuals involved in land acquisition and demolition must actively support and cooperate, and jointly conduct investigation, registration, confirmation, compensation and resettlement.
