According to the news of Huining County People's Government Network, Huining County is located in the middle of Gansu Province, with a total area of 6,439 square kilometers, an average elevation of 2,025 meters, an annual average temperature of 7.9℃, an annual average rainfall of 370 mm, and a frost-free period of 130 days.
