Why do sailors always recruit people?

Seafarers always recruit people for the following reasons:

First, all these jobs need to go to sea, which is very dangerous. Once there is a tsunami, or pirates, the moment of life and death. Sailing is also very complicated and needs very experienced people to do it. If the novice does not operate correctly, it will easily lead to some serious consequences.

Second, these jobs need to be far away from home, which is probably impossible for many people, so no one wants to go even if the salary is high.

Third, working at sea is very harmful to our health. Not only may we get seasick, but the engine on the ship is loud. Working in such an environment for a long time, enduring noise and persecuting ears are very bad for our physical and mental health. In addition, the temperature in the cabin is very high, which makes people uncomfortable to work in it for a long time.
