Implementation Rules for Shiqian County’s 2014 Public Examination and Recruitment of Full-time Teachers in Urban Schools
In order to promote the development of education in our county and further resolve the structural contradiction of mismatched subject disciplines for school teachers, we have The county people's government has studied and decided to conduct open examinations and transfer some full-time teachers to all types of public schools at all levels in our county to teach in urban schools. In order to ensure that this work is carried out smoothly and is open, fair and impartial, these implementation rules are specially formulated.

The leading group has an office in the County Education Bureau. An Jiufu also serves as the director of the office. People are drawn from the County Education Bureau, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Editorial Office to carry out specific work.
2. Scope of schools subject to examination
Scope of examination: Shiqian Middle School, National Middle School, Third Senior High School, Special Education School, County Experimental Primary School, County Experimental Kindergarten, Tangshan Middle School , Xikou Middle School, Tangshan Primary School, Changshou Changle Hope Primary School, Linjiang Kindergarten, Zhongping Kindergarten, and Xinmin Kindergarten.
3. Applicants for examination and transfer
Regular teachers of all types of public schools at all levels in our county and teachers on special posts in 2011 (excluding school teachers within the scope of this examination and transfer).
4. Examination Conditions
(1) Support the Communist Party of China, love the motherland, love the people, have good teacher ethics and the spirit of dedication to education.
(2) Abide by laws and regulations, perform duties conscientiously, be in good health, and have passed the annual assessment in the past three years or above.
(3) The position applied for as a transferred teacher must be consistent with the teacher qualification certificate or the major studied (see the major on the graduation certificate).
(4) In addition to meeting the above conditions 1, 2, and 3, the candidates for examination should also meet the following requirements.
1. Teachers applying for senior middle schools and junior middle schools must have a bachelor's degree or above, have corresponding teaching qualifications or above, have professional and technical positions at the assistant level or above, and have worked at the grassroots level for 3 years Above, aged below 40 years old (born after December 31, 1974).
2. Teachers who apply for primary school must have a college degree or above, have corresponding teaching qualifications or above, have professional and technical positions at the assistant level or above, have worked at the grassroots level for more than 3 years, and are aged between Under 40 years old (born after December 31, 1974).
3. Teachers who apply for kindergarten must have a secondary school education or above, have preschool teacher qualifications (except those applying for art majors), have professional and technical positions of assistant level or above, and have worked at the grassroots level for 3 years Above, aged below 40 years old (born after December 31, 1974).
4. Applicants for positions in the music discipline must have passed Level 8 of piano major and Level 9 of amateur piano.

6. Registration and examination , Assessment
(1) Registration
1. Registration requirements: When registering, applicants must carefully compare the candidates, positions and qualifications based on their age, education, major, etc. Conditions, choose the position that meets your application requirements. Each applicant can only choose one position to apply for.
2. Registration location: Office of the Leading Group for Examination and Transfer of Full-time Teachers in Urban Schools in Shiqian County (Personnel Department of Shiqian County Education Bureau);
3. Materials required for registration: Graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate, professional and technical qualification certificate, annual assessment form from 2011 to 2013, original and copy of valid resident ID card, and 3 recent two-inch color front-facing photos with the same background without a hat;
4. Applicants should go to the Education Bureau to get the "Registration Form";
5. Applicants should carefully fill in the "Registration Form", and the registration staff will review relevant certificates and materials. Those who meet the application requirements will be registered. Register;
6. Registration examination fee: 200 yuan.
7. After registration and review, qualified candidates will be announced to enter the exam.
(2) Examination
The examination is organized by the Shiqian County Urban Schools’ Leading Group for Examination and Transfer of Full-time Teachers. It is divided into written examination and interview, and a hundred-point system is implemented.
1. Written test (score is 100 points, 40% is included in the total score).
(1) For teachers who apply for senior middle schools, the test content is the current high school level (80%) and part of the university level (20%) knowledge corresponding to the major they apply for; for teachers who apply for junior middle schools, the test content It is the current junior high school level (80%) and high school level (20%) knowledge corresponding to the major you are applying for; for teachers who are applying for the primary school level, the test content is the current elementary school level (80%) and junior high school level (20%) knowledge corresponding to the major you are applying for. ; For kindergarten teachers, the content of the exam is "Guidelines for the Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6", "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education (Trial)", and "Professional Requirements for Preschool Teachers".
(2) According to the written test scores from high to low, the interview candidates will be determined according to the number of transfer positions 1:2. All those who cannot meet the ratio will enter the interview.
2. Interview (score is 100 points, 50% is included in the total score).
(1) On-site teaching will be used. Please see the score sheet for details; interview location: Tangshan Primary School.
(2) According to the sum of written test and interview scores from high to low, the candidates for assessment will be determined according to the number of transfer positions in the ratio of 1:2. All those who cannot meet the ratio will enter the assessment.
(3) Assessment
The assessment (score is 100 points, 10% is included in the total score), is organized by the leading group for the examination and transfer of full-time teachers in urban schools in Shiqian County. Implement a percentage system. See the assessment form for content.
7. Recruitment
(1) Based on the total score from high to low, determine the employment candidates according to the number of positions 1:1. If there is a tie for the last person, they will be hired at the same time; if the person to be hired gives up, they will be filled in sequence.
(2) The total score must reach 60 points or above to be hired.
(3) According to the procedures, the probation period is one year. At the end of the probation period, the Education Bureau will organize an assessment. If the student fails the assessment, he or she will be returned to the original school.
8. Time Schedule
Registration will be from July 16 to July 17, 2014, from 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning and from 15:00 to 17:30 in the afternoon;
The list of qualified candidates will be announced on July 18, 2014;
Receive the admission ticket from 15:00 to 17:30 on July 20, 2014;
< p> The written test will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 am on July 21, 2014;The written test results and the list of shortlisted candidates for interview will be announced on July 22, 2014;
July 2014 Interview on July 25th;
Interview results and shortlisted candidates will be announced on July 26th, 2014;
Assessment on July 29th, 2014 (bring original and 1 copy) Go to the examination and transfer leading group office for assessment);
The assessment results and the list of candidates for examination and transfer will be announced on July 31, 2014.
9. Discipline Requirements
(1) The entire examination and transfer work is carried out under the unified leadership of the leading group for the open examination and transfer of full-time teachers in schools in Shiqian County. The examination and transfer work is strictly in accordance with the public examination and transfer , fairness, justice and merit-based principles.
(2) The examination and transfer work shall be fully participated and supervised by the disciplinary inspection and supervision agencies and the human resources department, and shall be subject to social supervision.
(3) The avoidance system shall be implemented in the examination and transfer work.
(4) During the examination and transfer process, if the reference personnel violates disciplines or rules, his or her qualification for examination and transfer will be cancelled.
(5) No unit or individual may take the opportunity to retaliate or engage in fraud. Once verified, the relevant personnel will be held accountable.
10. Unfinished matters will be studied and decided by the leading group for open examination and transfer of full-time teachers in urban schools in Shiqian County.
11. These implementation rules will be interpreted by the Shiqian County Urban School Open Examination and Recruitment Leading Group for Full-time Teachers.
