Fuxing road tunnel is normal. Yan 'an East Road Tunnel allows Yan 'an elevated Fujian Road and off-ramp vehicles to pass.

The sections where buses are allowed to pass in the Lantern Open Area are: Sichuan Road (Haining Road-Beijing Road); Beijing Road (Sichuan Road-Tibet Road); Tibet Road (Beijing Road-Fuxing Road).

The intersections where non-motor vehicles are allowed to pass are: Nanjing Road/Jiangxi Road, Huaihai Road/songshan road, Sichuan Road/Tiantong Road.

The control scope of subways, ferries and sightseeing tunnels is: subway stations in the traffic control area involving the opening of colored lights in the city center, except People's Square Station on Line 1, People's Square Station on Line 2 and Henan Zhonglu Station, which are closed during the opening of colored lights, and other stations are not closed in principle.

From September 30th to June 2nd, when lights were turned on at 10 Lantern Festival, the Huangpu River East Golden Line ferry was suspended in both directions.

From September 30th to June 2nd 10, the Bund Sightseeing Tunnel was closed.

The scope of pedestrian control is: footbridges and underground pedestrian passages in traffic control areas, and pedestrians are prohibited from passing when traffic control is implemented.

Police cars, fire engines, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, postal vehicles, escort vehicles of security companies and vehicles with National Day lantern passes are allowed to enter the controlled area.
