Xi 'an Institute of Educational Science is a fully funded institution integrating decision-making consultation, professional research, industry training and social services. (A) the basic conditions of the candidate

(2) Recruitment major and main job responsibilities
1, Principles of Pedagogy: Undertaking research on educational theory, policy and planning, and providing suggestions and consulting services for strategic decision-making of educational reform.
2. Education management major: undertake research on education policy and education management, and provide suggestions and consulting services for regional education development planning.
3. Curriculum teaching theory major (general non-discipline): undertake the research work on the theory and practice of curriculum teaching in primary and secondary education, and provide guidance services for the construction of local and school-based curriculum in primary and secondary education in Xi.
4. Comparative education major: undertaking international comparative education research, absorbing international cutting-edge education theories, drawing lessons from foreign educational practice experience, and providing suggestions and consulting services for strategic decision-making of educational reform.
5. Educational Psychology: To undertake the research work of educational psychology in primary and secondary schools and provide professional guidance services for curriculum reform, classroom teaching design and students' mental health education in primary and secondary schools.
6. Education evaluation: to undertake the evaluation of the education level of schools, districts and counties in the region and provide decision-making consulting services for the evaluation reform of primary and secondary schools, preschool and vocational education in Xi.
Third, the recruitment process

(2) qualification examination.

(3) Interview
The doctoral recruitment interview is conducted in the form of professional knowledge defense, and the specific scoring criteria shall be formulated separately.
(4) Internship work
