VII. Principles of Registration

(1) Registration, payment and refund should be completed within the specified time.

(2) Candidates should register according to the system flow prompts, and the registration will be completed if the payment is successful. Successful candidates can choose to withdraw from the exam online before the registration deadline for the current exam; Candidates who drop out of the same subject twice in the current examination will not be able to apply for the subject examination of the current examination again.

(3) Candidates can apply for a refund of the examination fee within the specified time, and they are not allowed to ask for a refund of the examination fee for reasons such as not taking the examination. The refund shall be handled according to the prompt process of the registration system (see the registration system for details). The fee is returned to the original payment account.

(4) The handling fee for withdrawing from the exam shall be borne by the candidates themselves, and the refund period is about 7 to 14 working days.

Eight, the admission ticket printing

Successful candidates can log on to the registration website 3 days before the test date to print the admission ticket. The specific examination time and address will be indicated on the admission ticket.

Nine, the examination discipline requirements

(1) When taking the exam, candidates must take the exam with the admission ticket and identity documents within the validity period. Among them, mainland candidates hold second-generation ID cards, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan candidates hold resident residence permits, Taiwan Province candidates hold mainland residents' passes (Taiwan compatriots' cards), and foreign candidates hold passports (identity documents must be the same as those filled in at the time of registration). If the admission ticket information is inconsistent with the ID card information, you must call the customer service phone (0 10-66575797) two days before the test date to explain the situation, and you can take the test only after confirmation; If the ID card is expired or lost, you can take the social security card or the original temporary id card or temporary identification certificate issued by the public security organ to take the exam (you must have your photo and affix the seal of the public security organ), and you are not allowed to enter the venue with a driver's license, household registration book, student ID card and other documents.

(2) Candidates entering the examination room must be seated in turn according to the requirements of the invigilator.

(3) The mobile phone should be turned off during the exam, and only the admission ticket, identity document, calculus pen, eraser and draft paper are allowed to be placed on the desktop. Personal belongings must be placed in the designated position in the examination room. Please don't bring valuables into the examination room to avoid losing them.

(four) the paper admission ticket and draft paper shall not be taken out of the examination room, otherwise it shall be dealt with as a general violation of discipline.

X. Examination results inquiry

Those who pass the exam can get a "certificate of achievement" (the certificate of achievement can be downloaded and printed in the query window of exam results on the association website), and the general qualification exam results are valid for many years. Candidates who have objections to the examination results and photos of the certificate of conformity should submit them to the association within 15 days from the date of publication of the results, and will not be accepted after the deadline.

XI。 Handling of exam violations

If the examinee violates the discipline, the association will cancel the on-site examination results and ban the examination 1 to 2 years depending on the circumstances, and record the violation in the integrity information management system; If the registered practitioners violate the discipline seriously, the association will also give them a self-discipline punishment of canceling their practice certificates and not accepting their application for practice registration within three years; For details of the discipline, disciplinary handling and disciplinary complaints in the examination room, please refer to the notice of the examination room for securities qualification examination.

Twelve, special tips

(1) The only website for exam registration, admission ticket printing and result inquiry is official website.

Candidates should avoid logging in to other websites to do the above operations, so as not to disclose personal information.

(2) The Association does not hold pre-test training, does not publish exam counseling materials, and has never authorized any institution or individual to hold relevant training and publish relevant counseling materials. Individual websites and training institutions lie that they can provide real questions for securities practitioners' qualification examinations to defraud candidates of money. Please be vigilant to avoid being cheated.

(3) The examination room uses professional equipment to monitor the whole process of the examination, and the association will report to the public security organ the illegal and disciplinary acts of illegally transmitting examination questions and answers by using communication equipment and special cheating tools.

(4) If the answers to the test papers are highly similar, cheating is reported by others or there are other suspected cheating, once it is verified afterwards, the association will consider it cheating in the exam and deal with it according to relevant regulations.

(5) The Association and China Asset Management Association have established an information exchange mechanism for candidates who violate the rules, and jointly punish those who break their promises. Candidates who are forbidden to take the securities industry qualification examination due to violation of discipline will also be unable to sign up for various examinations organized by the fund industry association during the prohibition period.

(6) Candidates who find cheating in the name of providing real questions for securities practitioners' qualification examinations, selling wireless answering equipment and special cheating tools to candidates, and illegally providing test questions and exact clues for candidates can report to the association or public security organs. During the examination, if other candidates are found to have cheated in answering questions, they can report to the invigilator or the association.

Thirteen, epidemic prevention measures

(1) Candidates are required to show their abnormal health code when entering the examination room. If the health code is abnormal, the invigilator has the right to refuse the candidate admission. In addition to taking photos on the spot, candidates should wear masks during the exam.

(2) During the examination, each test center will provide seats with effective and safe intervals, and at the same time, each test center will arrange special personnel to disinfect the examination room during the examination interval.

(III) In order to implement the relevant requirements of the State Council on coping with the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic and strengthening measures to stabilize employment, the Association has issued a notice to member units to extend the registration time for employees in the category of "general securities business" and support institutions to implement a temporary coping mechanism of "make-up examination" when recruiting personnel. Candidates with the emergency response level of public health emergencies of Grade II and above should be patient and do not register for the examination across provinces. After the emergency response level is lowered, the association will start the examination as soon as possible to meet the examination needs.
