3. 5. Examination format, time and implementation method
The examination format is divided into written examination and interview.
(1) Written test

(2) Interview
1. Determination of candidates for interview
Candidates who pass the review of application qualifications shall be divided into units based on all persons participating in the written examination for each recruitment position. (3) Calculation method of candidates’ comprehensive score
1. The comprehensive score of candidates who pass the interview = written test score × 30 interview score × 70 (converted points on a hundred-point system).
2. Candidates who are retired soldiers and Communist Party members (including probationary Party members) will have an overall score of 0.5 points added each.

6. Physical examination and political examination
1. According to the comprehensive scores of candidates who pass the interview, from high score to low (if the total score is the same, the candidate with the high score in the interview will be selected) according to the recruitment The candidates for physical examination and political review will be determined at a ratio of 1:1 to the planned number of positions, and physical examination and political review will be implemented.

7. Public announcement and recruitment

2. Recruitment.
