Registration is performed in the following order.

1. Submit the application and related materials.

Applicants can only choose one position in one unit to register, and the reported major and research direction must be consistent with the reported major (the major filled in the registration form should be consistent with the major indicated on the college diploma obtained by the applicant himself), and they must use the same valid resident ID card to register and take the exam; When registering, submit relevant information and materials truthfully. Anyone who provides false application materials will be disqualified or employed once verified; Forging or altering relevant documents, materials and information to cheat the examination qualification will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations; Anyone who fails to pass the qualification examination due to incomplete information will bear the consequences.

2. Qualification preliminary examination and result inquiry

In principle, the ratio of the actual number of applicants to the number of candidates to be recruited should be above 3: 1 before the examination can begin. If the number of applicants does not reach this proportion, the number of posts will be reduced accordingly according to the prescribed proportion, and it will be announced before the written test.

1, written test

The time and place of written examination will be notified separately, and an announcement will be made on the website of Shanxi Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. Candidates who have passed the qualification examination will take the examination at the designated place with their admission ticket and valid resident ID card.

The written test includes comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge. Full score 100, including 30 points for comprehensive knowledge and 70 points for professional knowledge. The content of the professional test is the professional knowledge of human resources and social security and related laws and regulations, focusing on Scientific Outlook on Development, Civil Service Law, Labor Law, Labor Contract Law, Employment Promotion Law, Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law, Social Insurance Law and other laws and regulations and the theory, policy and business knowledge of human resources and social security.

Step 2 interview

After the written test, the interviewer will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high score to low score, and those who do not meet the ratio will be determined according to the actual number. If there is no competitive position in the interview, the interview score must reach 70 points.

3. Enjoy extra points in written test.
