8. Employees who violate the provisions of the locker room or locker room will be given an economic penalty of 50- 100 yuan depending on the seriousness of the case.
Second, the management of lockers
1. Lockers are locked by special personnel, and users are responsible for their use and storage. When employees apply for a job, the human resources department of the enterprise issues lockers and lockers keys to employees. Employees must keep the keys properly and keep the lockers clean inside and outside.
2. The locker is used by hotel employees to store uniforms, and it is not allowed to store food or inflammable and explosive dangerous goods.
3. Employees shall not change, adjust or move lockers without permission, and shall not occupy lockers that they do not use.
4. If the locker is damaged, it should be reported to the Human Resources Department on the same day, and the Human Resources Department will report the engineering maintenance list to the Engineering Department. Man-made damage needs to bear the corresponding maintenance costs and impose an economic penalty of 50- 100 yuan.
5. The department has the right to require employees to open lockers for inspection due to work needs, and employees should actively cooperate. Checking employee lockers requires the presence of both department personnel and human resources personnel.
Please don't put valuables and a lot of cash and securities in the locker. If you lose them, you are responsible.
Third, key management.
1. Employees' locker keys are for their own use only, and they are not allowed to lend, transfer or make keys privately. If any items are lost, the responsibility of private dealers will be investigated.
2. Lockers should be locked at any time after use. Employees are not allowed to pry open lockers without permission, and offenders will be given administrative sanctions. If the locker key is lost, you must report it to the human resources department of the enterprise in time and go through the formalities. (Reimbursement fee: 20 yuan/time. )
3. When the employee leaves the company, the locker key should be returned to the Human Resources Department when going through the resignation formalities. The human resources department will confirm whether the key is available. In case of fraud, a fine of RMB 65,438+000 will be imposed on the hotel property and handed over to the security department for handling.
